The service
Sổ Thu Chi helps you record transactions, organize personal-finance information, synchronize data, and extract suggested details from receipts. Receipt recognition and automatically generated categories can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing entries before relying on them.
Your account and data
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity on your account. You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, and display it solely to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
No financial advice
The app is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. You remain responsible for financial decisions and for independently preserving records required by law.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, or modify the service. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time and schedule deletion from Settings → Account → Delete my account. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use where necessary to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, inaccurate receipt recognition, device loss, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
